We are looking for an Account Manager to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
- Providing Extended Support Services to Lev Tech customers in all Line of Businesses and offered Products / Services.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
- Acting as a centralized focal point for tickets associated with customer communication, activities, and any appropriate escalations.
- Identify and implement improvement to procedures, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Manage and responsible for monitoring and Prioritizing client requests or Incidents with Technical requirements as well as Business wise .
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, supported with Business Reports (Analysis)
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Technical Support, Operations Manager or relevant role
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong Reporting and Analytics capabilities
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Sports Betting- an advantage
- Experience in QA/Business analysis – an advantage
