Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Extended Support Services to Lev Tech customers in all Line of Businesses and offered Products / Services. 
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
  • Acting as a centralized focal point for tickets associated with customer communication, activities, and any appropriate escalations.
  • Identify and implement improvement to procedures, processes, and workflows.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage and responsible for monitoring and Prioritizing client requests or Incidents with Technical requirements as well as Business wise .
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, supported with Business Reports (Analysis)

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Technical Support, Operations Manager or relevant role
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Strong Reporting and Analytics capabilities
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Sports Betting- an advantage
  • Experience in QA/Business analysis – an advantage
